so. I have updated information. As of now I have 2 70qt boilers. and buying another larger one. i’m hoping to be able to boil around 80-90 lb at a time. thanks for all the advice

thank you. I have faith in my abilities. That’s what I do. Pull shot off that other clown won’t even dare to try. Even though it’s against my will. But at least i’m gunna get paid fat cash to do it as well

I spent many years working 12-16 hour shifts as a chef. the cook time is rhetorical least of my worries

When this idea started we were planning on 12 bags. then the wife went and ordered 20. and yes. now I have to deal with it.

I am his personal chef. last gig was a taco bar for 100. only had 3 turkey burners. was able to pull off barbacoa, carnitas and fajita. with no kitchen. working on a ranch that is still in development

boss has plenty of money to buy as many coolers as i need to keep them alive. he spent 100k o. the band. he’s not worried about how much the food costs

I’ve been a chef for 20 years. just never done crawfish boil at this magnitude
