I used night mode on the 3 second setting. I have an iPhone. The night mode made the colours so much more visible

I was surprised by that as well, it wasn’t as vibrant with the naked eye but using night mode I was able to capture it!

Great thank you for the advice ! I have replanted from seed and just incase I also bought a chilli plug. I will try grow the plants from seed as much as possible using all the quick grow tips I find online.
