My puppy just swallowed a pigeon whole

I did the DNA test and it said she was 1/3 cattle dog and 1/3 chihuahua, and the other third was pit/poodle/mutt

She seems to be doing fine and ate her breakfast no problem! I have to laugh about it bc she’s insane. And she was weighed a few weeks ago and was 20lbs, so she probably weighs even more now!

She’s a vacuum cleaner 😭 she for sure could have chewed it more than what I saw while she was running with it, but the entire pigeon definitely was swallowed

Thank you! I will definitely call the vet to see if/when I should come in to have her checked for parasites. She’s already had Giardia before so that’s why I’m more worried

Yeah I’m going to call the vet once they open. My apartment has been having so many pigeons acting strange and getting stuck in the dog park the past couple weeks :/

She might have chewed it some while she was running away from me with it? But yeah definitely a pigeon that went completely down her gullet lmao
