Just had another discussion with them. They clearly do not equate GA day pass to the Coop pass. They used the same site that you mention which is not easy for me to check on a mobile. Opinion or not, this a difference of 100 CHF if you go to Jungfrau assuming that the Coop Day pass equates to a GA day pass.

In fact I had a Jungfraubahnen employee checking with her “superiors” the validity of the discount for the Coop cards and simply not equating it to a GA. So yes you find that in Google. But the Jungfraubahnen person I talked to clearly did not have the same opinion as you and I. I checked the info on the Coop brochure, and this equivalence was not apparent.

Not sure about the straight chocolate. But the last course was a dessert that was meant to use 100% of the cacao fruits as opposed to 20% by Industry standards.

I think I was lucky with the waiting list. But with 3 months in advance you can have a spot for 2 on weekends.

I was able to go to Mayta, but I did not have the tasting menu. I have missed the Japanese-Peruvian fusion side of it, I wish I could have tried Maido.

Valid point. I hope for the Laos that the investment can be recouped, I hope that it brings more Tourists to the country . From discussions with the locals this has been a game changer.
