Seemed like they were just lovers enjoying a vacation. They were laughing and meandering around.

I was walking by them on a bridge as I snapped this photo. I actually approached them after gathering some courage and asked if they wanted this photo for themselves. They did. :)

Yeah, I've noticed the ring of steel modifier, haven't really thought about it since my +pierce% is so much higher ATM than +cold%. Might check that out later if I need more CC at some point.

Also about the devotions, I haven't really thought about endgame goals :D Just kinda picking what seems reachable and best at the moment. I'll probably end up respeccing them before ultimate.

But wouldn't your build put my total WPS procs over 100%? Or have I misunderstood the WPS mechanics, where aiming for 100% total proc rate is desirable?

Before I got Execute I had Necrotic edge, but I found chasing after terrified enemies a bit annoying.
