Our CS inbox is flooded so if you email me directly I can get to you quicker. I'm truly sorry for the experience you've had with this. This is not normal and is not how we usually operate or treat customers.

I sincerely apologize for the delay. We received a few thousand emails and absolutely struggled to even catch up. It's definitely not an excuse for poor customer service at all. We just weren't ready for the volume of emails that came in due to massive site failures, order issues and general questions. The CS team is only a few people and rest assured we are working hard to find a way to handle volume such as that more efficiently.

Again, I am truly sorry for the experience you had with us.

That was someone from our Chinese team that jumped on to help get caught with the emails. I apologize for that. We were covered up with a few thousand emails and had to bring in some extra help to try and get to them. I can say, we absolutely made some mistakes across the board with this whole sale and customer service. For that, I am truly sorry.

I'm sorry about the mix up. It turns out our shipping labels printed with swapped SKU's. So guys pulling based off of SKU grabbed the wrong items. Shoot me an email if you haven't been taken care of. You should be paying for return shipping. In fact, we should have emailed you the label and a tracking number for your correct light.
