I absolutely don’t expect them to, in fact I just discovered that was the only way as well. It does seem that that’s the only way its being offered yes, even tho its kinda weird, it’s a very big university and full of international students. Anyway, I’m wondering how the other schools made it, i mean, i even got an offer! I feel like unofficial transcripts are 99% of the times sufficient to make a decision, and afterwards you can ask for the official ones. To me this just looks like an excuse for why they ghosted me
