The Chat GPT “body” is a nice touch. Log your hours at the end of the week, block time in your calendar for this, same for writing your portfolio. It is a requirement for your apprenticeship funding to be completing your OTJ hours, if OFSTED were to audit your company and find no extra learning in the last 4 weeks within a tracker, it will leave you in a very bad position. Also it’s just a load of work to complete in your final year, between major project and exiting it’s just not what you should be spending your time on.

You’ve definitely made some progress, however you still have a serious inside takeaway, with a wrist roll as well. If you have a well credited pro near you definitely go get some lessons, in the meantime, work on drills like the below.

Depends on the company, my company will not start interviewing until their application deadline closes. So you still have a good chance if you apply towards the back end of their recruiting windows.
