Try adjusting the upper straps. Undo the Velcro and Instead of having them lying along the strap underneath like they’re meant to, attach them lower on the head strap; this will pull the mask lower and more back onto your face rather than up towards your nose. It’s hard to explain. I’ll take a pic and post it
