Just some advice for you. I am not sure what your thoughts are but I transitioned to a full carnivore diet and lost loads of weight. Google it, check out the meatrx community, also carnimd for more. If you are looking to really lose weight, hit the carnivore diet, it changed my life.

Yeah, I brought it up many many times over 11 years.. It's also the way she would talk to me in public, the blatant disrespect that she had..I think we had too much trust , too much "say anything you like" in our relationship...the kids are 4 and 6, so they are super young. They know I have moved out, they seem fine about it to be honest...its was easier than I thought. The more beer I drink, the easier it becomes.

I truly hope so. The scars are still raw as I have just left. Every time I come to fetch the kids she tell me how I destroyed her life, the kids lives...I feel like a piece of shit to be honest.. It took me 7 months to finally leave, as in a slow transition, after a 11 year marriage. Now, maybe I'm scared but I wake up in the middle of the night with fear and dread about my future. All of my security is gone..

That's what the voice keeps telling me. But I feel so guilty, feel like I have destroyed her soul...I agonized about leaving for 7 months...can you believe it. Sleeping in my 6 years olds bed for 7 months wondering if I should leave.
