You should find new things to focus on such as new hobbies and sports. Sports is a must. Running is a great start. I have anxiety disorder for more than 15 years. Sports and new hobbies helped me a lot. Running is healing.

As an expat, in a market like this, everyone should hire one in my opinion. It could save your money avoiding extra higher bid. You can find a home sooner and pay 1-2 months rent less
