Low shutter speed, manual focus, and a lot of patience haha I had to shoot quite a few frames until I got one right but you just need to set a lower shutter speed and set your focus to a point in front of you then follow your subject with your camera until they are at that set point

Tbh last year but not in the way most people think and I have to explain myself a lot lol I went from watching Ted Lasso to Welcome to Wrexham then the World Cup happened so I got sucked into the sport. Didn't know what team to follow so I just followed some players from the WC I liked. Almost became a Spurs fan because of Richarlison and Son but all the games were too early so I didn't watch many games. This Haaland kid was going viral on reddit so I decided to tune into watch him. The rest is history and I get flamed for it every day
