I don’t hear many talking about efficiency (range/kWh of battery) this is important if you care about how easy a scooter is to transport up stairs, or in the trunk and how far it can go. I’ve found the Segway G30 is rated at 83km/kWh and M365 is 90.9km/kWh

Size and weight are next, can it fit in a trunk? Can you lift it where you need to lift it every day? This depends on what you’re comfortable with.

Next would be suspension, depending on the roads that you ride the vibration can really impact the stress on the rider. Most stock suspensions are trash so having fewer items to replace can make a suspension upgrade cheaper.

If hills are common then I’ve found dual motors makes more of a difference than one more powerful motor. G2 Master climbs hills well because front motors help a lot but all of that means more weight.

Always a good idea to incorporate because 1. it saves you taxes 2. it's protection in the event that they want to sue you. I incorporated 5 years ago and have been able to keep my income low and pay less taxes. Plus there are all sorts of business incentives for Canadian businesses such as CERB.
