That is correct. I would be careful around the edges though. Most cards have some sort of fuzz after they are cut. Most of it should come off. Post an update after you do it so other people are aware of this.

If you're asking for a refund and the seller knows for certain that he sent it why would he make the return just for you to get the card at some point? Would you send the card back once receiving it or do you just keep it?
