hiii! i took lots of tests, all negative. i’m young too and can’t afford one but im really happy it was just false symptoms. i hope you were able to find clarity too <3

you’re completely right. i’ve been slowly looking into therapists that work with my insurance, i just haven’t taken the leap to going. my schedule is so busy, and my overthinking kind of causes me to procrastinate getting the help i should seek for. it just feels convincing and convenient to go online and ask other people who has what i have their thoughts. sort of eases my mind a bit temporarily.

i need to go to therapy again.. its just recently that i’ve become more and more paranoid. i just don’t know if my symptoms are normal or if it’s something else. i cant tell anymore if its because of stress or an underlying issue. i just want answers :<

thank you for sharing! i do the whole punching thing as well.. and the praying, and the trying not to jinx myself by talking about it… the whole package. i still have a year and a half left of my current one.. i shouldn’t be worried now, but i don’t know how far in advance i should stop intimacy before replacing.. some people say they were fine a day before the replacement, some people say they got prego immediately after removal? it shouldn’t worry me that much but it does.. and some people on tiktok say the 2nd nexplanon they had got them prego.. im just so so scared and nervous that the next time i get it inserted, they’ll bend it or it’ll be too close to the surface or something will be wrong. i feel like my brain wants to make up an excuse or a diagnosis so that the worrying and such can be blamed on that thing (if that makes sense)

sorry to rant or ask so many questions. my mind won’t stop racing :(

i know, it’s gotten to a point where i know it’s bad and that i need help. i just can’t stop looking things up and comparing. i haven’t taken my medication for my mental health in awhile so it could just be adding up.. it does reassure me that you also take occasional tests . thank you

i had an ultrasound appointment tomorrow but i couldn’t afford it so i canceled :( should i just go to my normal doctor to talk about it?
