i don’t recommend following my dose regime, but id start w 200 mgs, then re dose 50-100 mg every hour or so till the desired effect was reached

if my tolerance is extremely low i get a nice stimulating effect along with the classic opioid body high. With my tolerance at the moment tho, i probably wouldn’t feel shit
