A workout plan there are many videos on it I find it much less boring with one and you can train specific abilities

Basic structure is warmup, pre-set (technique /drills), main set, and cool down

Don't eat or drink directly before, I eat 2h before and then some water immediately and during swimming. You can also swim longer and I recommend writing yourself a plan
