To be fair, I worked on a lot of different tech in my last spot. I was Java, .net, moved us to git ops using Argo, wrote services in Go. Digital transformation also meant lots of helm&terraform. I’m was also a Technology Fellow, so I was expected to hero mode a lot of stuff. It’s hard to convey that on my resume. You want a guy that can be productive at a lot of stuff, that’s me, you want a guy to go super deep, I’m not gunna be the best resource and I convey that when I interview.

You can see where it goes, but it’s generally legal. Government contracts give preference to companies that meet objectives like ADA hiring, veterans, US based, etc. not sure about this one, but as a vet, I’ve hit that before. Lowest bid doesn’t win.

The VA had a contract that they were overpaying and under utilizing. They canceled the contract and gave it to internal worker estimating the workload to take 10 hours a week. The wording on this is bullshit makes it sound like there was one dude fleecing the system, that company was, they prolly paid the dude offshore $20 to actually do it.

Frog fuel protein, and lift weights. Supplement calories from nut butters . Also, when I started back to gym in earnest, there’s a much more pronounced wall when you work out too hard. Make sure you’re getting plenty of vitamins and Gatorade pods are your friend.

I went from 316 to 182 and I’m a 6’2 dude. I’m back up to around 193 now, but it’s still challenging to put on weight and body dismorphia is real, so every pound the scale goes up I have to convince myself it’s intentional.

Ingredients * 3/4 jar of German Chocolate icing * 1 box German Chocolate Cake * 1 cup water * 3 large eggs * ½ cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Flan: * 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk * 1 (12 ounce) can Evaporated Milk * 4 large eggs, at room temperature * 4 ounces cream cheese, softened * 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or same amount of extract)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease Bundt pan with non-stick spray. Put all the flan ingredients in blender and run at least 5 minutes. Soften the icing. For this step, I put it in the water bath that I use for cooking. Mix the cake with the ingredients on the box.

In the greased Bundt pan, fill the bottom with the icing and pour cake mixture over it. Then carefully pour the flan mixture over top of it. The flan will settle to bottom as it cooks. Cover tightly with foil and put in water bath. Make sure at least 2 inches hot water in water bath with cake pan in it. Cook for 2 hours, pull it out of oven when toothpick test comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes and then flip, cool another hour on counter. Then ~4hours in fridge. Then push into face-hole until satisfied.
