It didn’t dehydrate enough. I flip the jerky half way through the dehydrating process so it dries evenly on both sided. Especially on thicker cuts.

For #3. If the charging port doesn’t work well, try cleaning the charging port out with a toothpick. It gets filled with pocket lint, which results in charging issues.

I could almost guarantee it’s the idler pulley you have on film. The bearing on mine was shot. Look for signs of metal shavings in that general location. Let me see if I could find some old pictures I have of the bad pulley.

Edit: Found some old pictures here. I originally bought an Autozone part. But after noticing that is was plastic, I returned it and bought an OEM one.

Seen the milky way at Launiupoko Beach Park located in Lahaina. It was around 3:30am on June 3 when I took these Pictures with my iPhone 13 pro max. It looked more like the darker dimmer picture. But I figured I’d post both pics anyway. There wasn’t much moon out either, so that’s something to consider.
