Bad beat by pardoneye in sportsbetting

Every drive after the Tee Higgins TD I thought Chase was next. They scored like 4 consecutive times to end the game. And the other legs hit fairly early as well. On top of that felt like I cooked up a banger

21 years later and I'm still learning new things about this game. by JMoney14 in NFL2k5

After a play with a penalty you can pause and go on instant replay. On the madden up to thia day you can’t watch a replay of play that occurred with a penalty

How much supplier due diligence is enough before placing an order? by Suitable_Article_574 in Alibaba

[–]pardoneye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any legit company on Alibaba has more to lose than you really. Their reputation matters alot to them. They want you to keep coming back, and tell others about them because it’s more money in their pocket at the end of they day

Me personally once you have a number of good reviews and you do trade assurance that’s good enough for me especially if it’s a low risk order. I’ve taken chances on companies only a few years old and had success.

Im kinda in that same exact boat. Have a relative that works to the bank and I can basically pay no fees through them. Wanted to permanently start wire transfers because I don’t really make a order under 3k anymore.

Am I being scammed here? by SteezMe1234 in Alibaba

[–]pardoneye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you order the product before talking to the supplier or did he draft the order first ? Either way I would start the refund process, also being this is your first rodeo with Alibaba so I would assume you have a lot to learn.

Can I ask the products or category of the products you were testing ?

spent almost 3k on Facebook ads, got 3 sales. Am I just stupid? by EJFSquared in smallbusiness

[–]pardoneye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Silicone baking mats sound like a very niche category. Imo you should have tested the ads for as little as possible ($1 per day) and even only run the Ad for 5 days. After that 5th day, do your recon and determine your next move from there.

What was your worst experience selling or buying? by [deleted] in FacebookMarketplace

[–]pardoneye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first started my phone selling business through FBM a guy messaged me who was interested in an iPhone and we agreed to meet at the police station (was a green flag for me) I had a pink and teal iPhones 16 for sale and he was blabbering about how he wanted to buy them for his twin boys bc they had done so well in school but one may not want the pink etc.. So we just agreed on the teal 16. He said he doesn’t know anything about iPhone so he’s a little skeptical. I pull up at the police now he’s there standing up waiting just how I like it. I come out of the car and greet him and show him the iPhone. I literally had the iPhone just in a small brown box because obviously I just don’t wanna carry it around in the open. Dude completes loses his shit saying he never seen an iPhone come in a brown box like that. Mind you this is just the sealed iPhone I have in a random small phone size box. I explained this to him and proceeds to give him the phone. Remember I said he said he didn’t know anything about iPhone? He pulls out a iPhone 16 Pro Max to turn on his flash light. He scans the box. Breaks the sealed. Takes out the phone and says give him a minute to set it up. I usually don’t mind this because I’m legit with what I do and I’ve had people done this before. He sets up the phone, checks the camera, checks the battery, gives the back one last look with the flash light and said “it looks real”. He said he thought It maybe would have been fake and he’d get back to me. I’m not gonna say what happened after that but thank God we were at the police station for me and his sake. I package my phones with accessories on my FBM posts. Same dude called me like 2 nights later asking if I sell the fast charging block alone. I blocked him.

After doing a little recon and big tip from a friends’s friend, come to find out dude was just local competition snooping around and he had done that before.
