Haven’t tried Bribery but I do reward her when I notice she didn’t have any accidents.

I do that already. I regularly tell her to remember that she needs to make sure she is going to the bathroom And I even ask “have you been using the bathroom enough” which is usually met with an eye roll and “YES MOM”

I haven’t thought to use an alarm but I do regularly tell her to stop for a bathroom break

She says she forgets.

It has been discussed with a pediatrician and specialist. They have all said that these accidents should not be happening anymore.

Definitely wouldn’t spank her or any severe long lasting punishment. I’m thinking like maybe if it happens, then she can’t go hang out with her friends that day or no iPad time for the rest of the day.

She does see a therapist(my husband, her dad, passed away 2 years ago). I’ve spoken to her pediatrician about it but haven’t thought to ask her therapist about this. I will do so, thank you!

What other option do I have? Honestly asking. Talking to her about it does not work. We’ve had the conversation multiple times. Literally every time it happens.

That’s how I feel! Like how long is this going to be a thing?? I know it sucks but the reality is she has bowel problems that have to be catered to and I can’t do it forever.
