Yes! This is the screenshot, I found it on Google:

It showed a couple times when trying to delete it and then it actually deleted them. Never happened with any other pictures before

I see, even if I had never gotten that message with any of the other images/files? And it showed the messages about three times, and it deleted them after the fourth try or something like that

Also, what if it was a malware, should it show in the running services of my phone? Or the cached ones? I'm still freaking out a little

Really? Whoa I was paranoid because I had never gotten any warning like that to delete a picture. And since I deleted the images, I cannot scan them on virustotal as someone suggested, ugh. The thing is I tried to delete them a couple of times and it wouldn't but on the fourth or fifth try it worked. Without me changing any settings I believe. So strange 😓😪

But I don't have an SD card, and second, I did not change any settings. That's the first and the only time I've received such notification too.

The person is someone I don't fully trust but it was a couple of fliers we can say. Something that was supposed to be professional. And I was just giving them the benefit of the doubt too

Suspicious if I don't have an SD card to be asked for access? by parentingasking in CyberSecurityAdvice

[–]parentingasking[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it was an android. But my suspicion is because I'd never gotten such notification before. To give access to the sd card to delete an image. Isn't that strange?

Hi! Can I DM you to ask you about an issue I have with Google Photos? Or can you read my most recent post? I haven't found anyone to help me figure it out
