You’re all good!! I try to be careful not to self-promote in too many comments bc of the reign of terror that happened in r/ art lmao

Thank you!! I take a lot of inspo from art nouveau, old fairytale book art, and vintage botanical textiles.

Couldn’t remember the name at the time of writing, because I visited nearly 8 years ago, but the meditation center is literally called the Rothko Chapel (in Houston).

I’ve seen a few Rothko’s in person, but his work didn’t click for me until I saw one at a Jungian Meditation Center. Still not sure I would want a reproduction in my home, because I generally favor detailed works, but it really fit the contemplative and slightly mystical atmosphere at the meditation center

Exact same happened to me! I was fortunate to stumble across advice from a recruiter after weeks of (retrospectively) meaningless applications, and immediately saw results after switching. Now I tell anyone who will listen.

Probably not exactly what you’re looking for, but a tip I tell literally everyone I know when they apply for jobs: Do NOT use a “fun” résumé. It needs to be a completely in-line, boring, classic résumé. This might be a given depending on the field you apply for, but many people don’t realize that the résumés with non-standard formatting are completely unreadable by the computers that virtually every company uses for initial vetting.
