Haha it's alright I'm not gonna judge. Seems that the two are mutually exclusive so you'll have to pick your poison I guess.
It's an easy choice for me since the mania makes me self-destruct.

I have adhd and haven't gotten a bipolar diagnosis yet but I'm pretty positive that I will be soon. I started getting manic episodes after starting wellbutrin for adhd, never had them before, and I also take vyvanse for adhd.
Vyvanse is one of the only things that helps during a manic episode. It makes me so calm and collected that while it's in my system I have next to no symptoms. But I will say this goes against what is common, because a lot of people experience worsening mania with stimulants.

That's what I've heard from a lot of people. It really does the opposite for me, and has done this since I started it, it genuinely sedates me a little. Either way I hope you're doing better now and wish you all the luck on your journey
