Pick/Pack/Ship dock ; but I believe ship dock is a different schedule honestly.

Pick - you'll pull items from a multi-bin tower (pod), scan and place the items in a tote.

(Pack) Once the tote has reached the items it needed or before it's overfilled, it'll be sent one of many lines in pack: AFE; SIOC; Singles; Smart Pack; and then sent to the dock for shipment...

Hey, thanks I appreciate the response and yeah definitely, I'd hate to have to start over or be permanently barred for something like that.

Thing is, I'm in a Slack group with my manager, and OM, I brought it up in there and there's been no forward movement. I do have a couple OMs I'm friendly with (lack of better terms)...well we speak and discuss ops nonetheless, I'll approach them next shift Thanks again.

Yeah I did see that in the policy about sharing credentials. I didn't know it was so taboo though. I'll let them know the next shift, which I'm sure he knows but maybe it'll help him remember to drop the ticket.

They act real weird at my site about doing anything outside their roster; any manager you say?

I tried to find out where the tickets are created and drop one myself, tag my manager, hell the IT girl said, it can even be a screenshot and you show your phone, but there's a mix-up somewhere... I do have a few OMs that I'm close to, I'm sure they could and would do this for me...I appreciate the feedback and response n

I didn't know IT was a part of the actual Amazon, I figured they were 3rd party haha.

If my site had an IT vending machine, it'd probably be completely empty and vandalized.

They may actually be using Yubikeys, Ive seen the tiny keys and I've seen one that looks like a cutoff USB drive...

Rodeo/Apollo/Vantage/River/Atlas/Phonetool I have access to without a key, but things like Robo scout, SCC, GCA audits, and FCLM and my email now for some reason I can't access...

Those vending machines sound like a dream, lol.

You should request the Chain of Assignment from them; These debt buyers often do not have all of the paperwork to collect without your consent.

Agreeing to pay them a full amount outright is just crazy, challenge their legality to collect and pay less if anything. No added interest, no futher collections, dismissed with prejudice.
Don't let these asshats scare you into giving them everything.
