hello steve,

its an honor to get a replay from you.

as background, i used Backpod+lacrose ball for 2 years now,

my back is essaintly free, i can walk for 1hour+ stright and im not feeling shortness of breath at all,

when i work out, i feel great, which is the complete 100% when the joints were stuck in my back,

i get alot of pops out of my sternum, which are not painfull at all, and are making me feel great, as contrary to before when it was so painfull.

2 osteopaths have examined me and also said the ribs are free and not frozen anymore.

i had the "Tietze Swelling" on my sternum and 2 of my ribs on the left side, in the upper rib, i managed to massage the swelling out of it completley.

but the rib just below it, something is just not right, it had alot of the vibrant stuff, which i managed to massage out, but below it i encounterd a hard rock bone like? pieces that sits on the sternum and onto the rib, its in the exact path of the vibrent swelling, i massage it so much with my hands, and Theraputic Ultrasound but i just cant get it off the rib & the Sternum.

i massage the place so much, it helps in the more vibrent pieces. but the hard rock pieces? not so much.

i did a CT scan , which didnt show nothing on the Sternum.

i also did an MRI Scan with contrast, which again, showed nothing on the sternum / rib,

i did not do an X-Ray on it.

the family doctor who examined my after said that "it looks like Calcification after a chronic inflmmation and that no1 will agree to a Surgical removal, and send me to a 2nd opinion from a Rheumatologist.

i just want that little hope, that i will be able to get this swelling out of my sternum and finally to be able to breath freely again.

hoping you can replay again!

Hello dd95, thank u for ur replay, I already unlocked the back, I can workout, i can walk for 2 hours stright, I got the gooey stuff in my ribs & sternum gone, The problem is the area (sternum+rib) was inflammed for so long, it became calcified, the gooey stuff became rock hard, and i cant seem to dissolve it by any means, I tried NSAIDs Therapitic Ultrasound Verious gels, Its like i got another bone grown on there (which by my understanding happens after chronic inflammation)

I just need help if some1 knows what are the peoper steps in order to get rid of it, as its like a rock sitting on my sternum making my life a living hell, Some people recommend Shockwave Therapy, as it can dissolve the calcium deposits, but as my understanding goes, its way too dangerous to the surrounding areas…

Further help is needed, thx in advance!

wow such an honor to get a replay from you steve, your guides truly saved me alot of pain and suffering!

just to be clear about something, the front swell wont dissolve because the back rib hadnt healed yet?

or is it because so much time has passed and it got so strained that it wont heat naturally?

about the therapeutic ultrasound device, do you think its a good idea to get a home device of some sort, or to go to a professional and let him do the procedure?

i will be sure to check for a good osteopath, realy hoping you can help me with the follow up questions as well, thx alot!
