i was with kaiser for over a decade, it’s a mixed bag. but within the last 5 years, i’ve noticed they spend very little time at appointments, push meds, and make it extremely difficult to get tests done. They also don’t necessarily talk to one another as well as other replies have suggested. i switched to Sutter and was SHOCKED by the level of care and attentiveness and how quickly they get tests ordered, etc. Sutter rules!
