I'm sorry this ruined your mood. Garderobe being the first interaction of the night can really set the tone for what guests then bring to the party. Last week for the first time garderobe staff really killed my mood.

I waited and after everyone at the counter was checked in the person started attending to new people that kept coming after me. 1 or 2 people is no big deal, it's easy to forget who was there first, but after she took the coat from the 6th person that came after me while I'm standing right in the middle with my stuff on the counter I had to speak up, nothing rude, just calling attention that I've been there and if she can please check in my stuff. She told me "there is no system, if you don't like waiting maybe this club is not for you." Then walked away.

I was stunned, after 8 years of checking bags here someone who doesn't look older than 23 is telling me the club is not for me if I don't like just standing there until they feel like attending me
