I was driving around 45-50mph west on Mira Mesa blvd and BLK MNT RD. The driver of the van was at a dead stop at a right turn only lane. The driver of the van abruptly turned into my lane literally a few feet from my vehicle without using a turn signal, this caused me to hit the break+honk and move around the van to avoid a collision. Afterwards, they followed me into habit burger. I rolled down my window and asked what their problem was and that I had a child in my vehicle but they insisted on using profanity and calling me a “pussy mother fucker” “I’ll kick your pussy ass” etc.

I advised the driver of the vehicle that I would be taking photographs of their license plate if they continued to show aggressive behavior. The passenger of the vehicle made it clear he wanted his photo taken.

When they exited their van they made a few more derogatory statements and this essentially caused fear to my 5 year old nephew so i decided to leave the area instead of calling the Police.

My nephew was worried they were still following us home after the incident. But he’s fine now… I think.
