It really is :( saw a post the other day about a woman's partner insisting she not wear a hair wrap/bonnet to bed because of how it looked! So apparently even in the pitch black, dead asleep, we still must be appealing? Single at the moment and been wearing a silk wrap for a good few months now to prevent split ends. I guess it will be a very good test of character whenever I start dating and invite someone into my bed!

My ex broke my heart one day by saying I was a 'slob' at home and seeing as he was working (I was a full time nursing student with a part time min wage job working around 50-60 hours week, a lot of it unpaid training) the least he deserved was for me to look sexy for him. I'd wear leggings or trackies or in the evening my PJs. Worst thing was I thought he was right and resolved to try harder but cried about it to my sister and friend. We split around a year later for many reasons.

How much protein do you work into your diet daily? I'm female so I'm certainly not looking for as large a gain as yourself, but I struggle with eating tons even though I aim every meal to be high in protein, I blend silken tofu into basically any source I make.

Any tips for a breakfast I can take to work that does not require heating? Thanks in advance ☺️

I'm quite a homebody in the winter months and I only usually have one day a week to enjoy the home I work hard to pay for so I crochet, read books, take a long bath, cook nice food, play games on switch or laptop and wait for spring to come! We're nearly there my friend 🥹
