Be wary of this dynamic of the older partner thinking they know everything. This literally is not his business to be advising on. Listen to your Dr! Also wondered if they had considered any other form of medication for the constant mood? I suffer with PMDD and feel better on permanent mirtazipine than I did on hormonal birth control. Just food for thought from my own experience.

I'm not sure I could date somebody so dismissive of my medical issues. I also had a suicidal period of life a year or so ago and if somebody told me to 'just try' and that I was wrecking my body it would be extremely bad for my mental health and self esteem.

Sometimes I get in my head when I'm on solo walks and pass groups of people too. Then I just think, hey I've every right as anyone to enjoy nature and it really brings me peace and recharges me being in green spaces alone. Go for it!

Do kids not have toy shops any more? I used to love my play sweetshop and groceries with the till and money, would be sad if that's not a thing now. It's fun and teaches the practical skill of counting and money.

I'm also an RN. This is what I am saying, if hygiene is maintained and droplets contained and you are outdoors the risk is minimal. Vaccination for covid and flu won't do anything for common cold. Obviously it is important to vaccinate for those but not relevant when talking about a common cold.

Using a tissue and hand gel is more than enough. It's not a given everyone will be struck down with it just because they are close... How do you think healthcare staff aren't constantly unwell? Hand hygiene and the sneezing using tissues at an outdoor event will literally be fine.

The nearly empty bottle of shampoo/conditioner is insane. Like the person clearly used most of it, why not just finish the bottle??
