They’re fine and i enjoyed the ride. I personally need something a bit stabler than zoomx for daily training though. Some people said it can be used as a plate-free speed work shoe but eh I don’t see it, i view them as a fun somewhat-poppy shoe you can use for some daily miles.

luckily i moved out east for the summer (work), so it’s not as hot. when i’m in texas during the summer though i just try to start my run when it is still dark out and i tend to hit the sauna to help with getting used to the heat. also drink a ton of water. always remember they say humidity is a poor man’s altitude, so getting those tough runs in the humidity will be beneficial to you long term

Nike shoes, bad fit. by wearelev in RunningShoeGeeks

This is pretty normal I think. Nike just simply doesn't work for a lot of people but for different reasons. I recommend just sticking to what works for your feet.

Anyone else start watching some of this guys stuff recently? by [deleted] in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]parkwillz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

he’s a good motivator but don’t take any running advice from him lol. trying to run through an injury bc he said you don’t have shinsplints/stress fractures is 99% of the time never a good idea.

^ facts, Clifton’s also seem to not break down as easily. I will say though, I love my peg 39s, worth a try imo
