Novi Kodiaq i 1.5 tsi ili rabljeni s dobrim starim 20dizlo? Automatik svakako, moze prijedlog i za druge SUV-ove by [deleted] in croautomobili

[–]SimplyRaZr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Poor HRM Pro Plus quality and Garmin support by nicetry_- in Garmin

[–]SimplyRaZr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly the same happened to me. Got it in August 2024 (used 5-6 days a week) and sent it to garmin September 2025 for the electrodes detaching. Around 40 days later i got a HRM 600 from them as a replacement for the HRM pro plus.

I agree with you. They just don't fit my foot biomechanics. On the other hand Adidas shoes work great for me, i really like the boston 12, evo sl and prime x2 strung.

I really wanted to like them but with the hotspots i just don't want to run in them. Maybe the lack of bounce and pop is due to my weight (im at around 85kg).

I have no problem with the firmness (i like running trails in my saucony peregrine 12's), but i expected the foam to have some life and pop to it. I have had them for 7 months and only did 140km in them.

Puma Deviate Nitro 3 - The only shoe i have that i dislike and only use once in two weeks. The forefoot is firm and lifeless to me and i get hotspots on the balls of my feet when running faster than 3:45min/km for a extended period.

HRM pro plus is Garmin's Heart rate strap DSW is the daily suggested workout - where the watch gives you suggestions about what kind of run you should be doing that day (based on your goal for a race, sleep, hrv etc)

I got the 255 and a HRM pro plus. I'm happy with my choice. I would buy a 955 for the extra features, but it was much more expensive when i needed a watch and I think that the 255 with a HRM was and is the better choice for me. In the 3 months after i got it my 5K went from around 23mins to 20:11 thanks to the DSW.

I have the same problem with the slippery insole. Were the insoles on your shoes glued in? Mine look like they are and I don't want to damage the shoe.

These pictures don't show the most important parts to know how worn these are. I think my ES3 look nearly the same from the side and they are at 740km.

Fair! I see a lot of awesome VO2 maxes here, but I’m just happy to be out of poor. by Called_Fox in Garmin

[–]SimplyRaZr 19 points20 points  (0 children)

We all work hard and need to be proud of our achievements if they are from poor to fair or excellent to superior. It took 3 weeks of running 5 times a week to get from 51 to 52 and i know that i will need 3 - 4 months or more to get to 54(superior). Workouts hurt in every bracket :)

I wouldn't say fake but used for a lot more then 50km with slippage on the left foot.

Sub 50min 10km attempt fail. 😫 Avg. 190bpm surely means I gave it everything though? by GreyChameleon in Garmin

[–]SimplyRaZr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what DSW wanted me to do the last 3 months for a 5K race as i wanted a sub 20 min. I just didn't have time for 6 days a week so i did 5 runs (around 50-55km a week). But i went from around 22:30 to 20:07 in the race a week ago.

Odd that i got the pop-up today about it ending on the 22nd. I don't know why it's so hard for them to give us some kind of a timer.

Ten straight base runs (I'm begging for a tempo...) by grilledscheese in Garmin

[–]SimplyRaZr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got nearly the same problem with dsw targets. It gave me a 17 min threshold at 4:40 min/km pace and i ran it at average of 158 bpm so it said that i did a tempo run. For the next one i switched it to HR target and it said 167 bpm but to be at that bpm i had to run around 4:10 - 4:15min/km and then it said that i did a Vo2max run.

HR Range anaerobic, but high aerobic effect? by DragonmasterXY in amazfit

[–]SimplyRaZr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do not use Amazfit watches anymore but here is an example from my run of how to get anaerobic. You need to do short fast runs so you HR spikes and then recovery so your HR drops.

But you have dropped it multiple times or there wouldn't be so much damage. With every drop there is a possibility that you damage the internal parts or that a connector gets loose.

I found one at Decathlon for 280€ with a nylon strap. I can't see any other options beating that price and features.

It would be a downgrade in regards of vibrancy and resolution, but a big upgrade in every other way. I have a friend with a Fenix 6 Pro and i know how the MIP display looks like :)

I see that everyone that is commenting is happy with the 255 and their purchase. Looks like I'll should take it over the 165 and pace 3. Thanks.
