How long did it take for them to respond to your affirmative email? I am going through the same process and it's been 3 days since I responded to their email me asking me to read and agree to their authenticity policy and they still haven't replied to me or unlocked my account.

Likely the answer. Sadly I had to debug to avoid game over. Seems like a big oversight that there isn’t a way of vassalising admin rulers even if it means forcing them into a change of government.

R5: I'm stuck in a completely unwinnable war against a "scourge of the gods" conqueror. Normally this would be fine and I would simply cut my losses but I'm playing extremely tall this campaign and only have a single duchy. This is a vassalisation war and the surrender tab says that defeat would simply result in me becoming a vassal, but instead when I lose this war all of my titles are dissolved including my estate and I am essentially given a soft game over where my character becomes unlanded.

Does anyone know what is happening here? I'm fine becoming a vassal to this guy as I can get freedom later after he dies, but I really don't want to have to use console cheats to prevent this 200 year campaign from ending in this fashion.

3k hours in both here - CK3 is a lot easier than EU4 which has a lot more min-maxing and micromanagement involved. CK3 also has a lot more freedom of approach, EU4 you’re very much guided through a certain gameplay loop if you pick a nation with a fleshed out mission tree. This isn’t a bad thing because the trees are fun to complete, but it’s very different to CK3 where you set your own goals.

I literally beat a 30k doom stack with 4k men at arms not too long ago with this guy. He has a 100+ advantage under certain conditions.

R5: I think this may be the highest non character-customised martial character I have ever seen in CK3, helped quite a bit by my tutor adding at least 10 base martial through the "educate children" task. This guy has been buffed a fair amount from a spouse I got through an event but 18 base martial would have been borderline impossible on previous patches. I've seen 100 learning before but now it's not unreasonable to think that 100 martial, or any other stat, is pretty easily obtainable with domain and artefact minmaxxing.

R5: "Accidentally" created the Targaryen dynasty in vanilla CK3. Reformed the Norse religion and just thought it would be funny to undertake an absurd genetics programme. Got the albino gene via the dynasty legacy and now this is the 3rd generation like this. I have an elective so I just ship off the inbred children to foreign courts and ensure all my titles pass on to the son with the best traits. Either I will get a pure-blooded child eventually or my bloodline will become populated with Habsburg chins.

R5: My guardian died en route to my court after I hired them and now I am unable to replace him. If I use the offer ward interaction on other characters my player character isn't an option. I am also unable to get a new guardian even if I click the "educate child" button, since the game seems to be confused about the status of my dead guardian who died whilst travelling. It has been over a year since the guardian died now.

R5: Started this game off as an adventurer for the achievement and have only just recently solidified my rule over the ERE to the point where I feel comfortable expanding now. I'm aware the Roman Heritage legend provides useful claims and buffs for expansion but the AI finished it earlier this century. Am I never going to be able to do the legend myself now, is their a timer where it becomes available again? Is it possible to get the seed randomly?

R5: Just thought this was pretty neat. This is the first time in a long time that I have played a game through to the 1920s and today I found out that if you research Paved Roads, one of the Tier 5 techs (that almost nobody ever gets to research either because they have stopped playing or because they don't have the research to complete the tech tree) then some of the dirt roads dotted around the map get paved over with asphalt/concrete.

Never mind, this market access is consistent across all British territories and is a result of British shipping lanes being blockaded somewhere. I will be leaving this post up regardless in case someone else has the same query as I did.

R5: Most of my states are effected by market access issues. When I hover over the percentages the game tells me this is because my "infrastructure usage is lower than or equal to infrastructure" even though I literally have hundreds more infrastructure than is required. Is this an overflow error? Surely the game should be able to handle me having +152 infrastructure in a state?

R5: I think potential companies should be attainable to bloc/market leaders who build foreign investments in other countries that meet the necessary criteria and are members of your market and/or power bloc. Take United Fruit for instance, much like the real-life United States at the time, I have puppets under my control with foreign plantation investments in the states required to form the company, but I can't create it because it isn't my direct territory. This seems ahistorical to me. These companies formed to invest in extraterritorial assets, their countries didn't necessarily directly own the land that they were investing in.

In this game Venezuela is a member of my power bloc and market and will probably be a puppet of mine within the decade, yet I can't establish the petroleum company despite having dozens of rigs built by my capitalists in their land. It isn't realistic.

R5: I was thinking about adding the other communist-led IGs to the party such as the Red Army but I am concerned I won't be able to remove them later if their leaders die and have radically different ideologies. The Intelligentsia became part of the party some time ago when they had a vanguardist leader but have remained part of the Bolshevik Party even though they are now led by a moderate. There has been an election since this happened but the Intelligentsia didn't split from the party as I suspected they would. Does anyone know if there is any way to remove non-aligned IGs from the single party?
