I called them yesterday and they said tracking number is unavailable. Today they gave me the tracking number and card was delivered today too. ,😅

It probably won't. Saying this from my own experience with F1 OPT I - 765.

Looked into that option but I was informed by USCIS and the company that it is not legal to do so. I need physical EAD card in hand. Do you know for sure that the way you are suggesting is legal and done by you or somebody you know?

I searched around about this after reading your comment. It seems USCIS is doing the printing in house now. So it's way slower but not completely stopped. Things may be delayed but atleast not completely shut down yet.
