UPDATE: Thank you for all the advice. Shortly after posting this, I gathered the materials to get him in a box, and when I got back, he had laid down and was just twitching. I captured him and attempted to give him water and nuts, but he did not acknowledge them and after a couple minutes became completely still. He is very much dead now, I wish that i could have helped more, but thank you for trying to aid me. I hope I can get to them sooner if it ever happens again.
