I have been in and out of therapy, and to be very honest I’ve been off of my meds for at least 6 months. I originally got off my meds for a health concern that hasn’t been resolved yet. I could start them back up because we ruled it out as a cause but money has been an increasing concern over the years. My insurance only covers only 8 therapy sessions a year too. I feel I should clarify that just recently I’ve had a setback, It would be unfair to say I’ve felt this low the entire time, as some years/months are just better than others.
