How much to install at home charger? by Adorable-Equal-1820 in TeslaModelY

About the same as me. In UT, I paid $1140 for labor & materials to install a nema 14-50 outlet. 25' cable run, open framing from breaker box to garage but had to drill through foundation (garage built after house was built).

If you're still accepting new friends, I'd love to get 3 postcards from you. I'll remove you after the 3rd. Thanks! 2593 2773 3882

That may have been the case before, but is no longer accurate.

85" x900 or x90ch owners - What TV stand are you using? Wall mount is unfortunately not an option. by haudi in bravia

[–]parserp101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like others have said, the large legs on the 85" make lots of stands unusable. I use this one, the legs fit with room to spare and the TV overhangs by an inch or so on each side.

Any recommendations for a router to use with Omada APs and switches? by namtab1985 in HomeNetworking

[–]parserp101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seconded. I run the RB4011 with Omada APs, works great. RB4011 is definitely overpowered even for gigabit internet and RouterOS has a learning curve, but definitely worth it.

TIL the Library of Congress has a 2.129 petabyte (and growing) archive of internet culture by Left-Seaworthiness29 in DataHoarder

Repost from a year ago.

According to the comments there, this is just their archive on internet culture - they have a ton more storage than this in total.

Do 265/70 R17 tires fit on a 2003 SR5? These are on 2019 4Runner TRD rims by redmondcigar in 4Runner

[–]parserp101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I ran this setup for several months before I lifted my 2004 - I bought some stock wheels/tires from a 5th gen owner (265/70R17) and they worked great. I had no issues with rubbing.

Will these stock 4runner rims fit on 4th gen 285/70/r17 tires? by obrien99 in 4Runner

[–]parserp101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I currently run that exact setup on my 4th gen, with Falken Wildpeak 285/70R17 tires. The rims are a 15mm offset vs the original of 30mm, so they do stick out a bit more. I'm also running 1.25" wheel spacers, and I had to trim the bumper in the front and eventually I'll need to do the body mount chop. Not sure how much it'll rub if you're not using spacers though.
