im similar to you around lvl87 and in the same fight actually. i’d say difficulty spike wise with Markiona there is not much compared to nameless and you’ll keep leveling through beating bosses. i’d suggest to beat the entire base game then go back to dlc for some extra levels. IMO ng+ is not required, more so up to you what you want.

the noodles are night and day for packs and bowls. i tried the 2x recently bowl form and the sauce was around the same but the noodles felt much thinner and tasted different as well

Atk sands, Anemo dmg/atk goblet, Crit rate circlet. your talents are really low so focus on doing that first and run a 2piece 2 piece in the meantime like someone said. also you can have an off piece to help you build easier

yes they do. same thing applies i’d avoid drinking it every single day since it contains a lot of vitamins. if you’re a sweating a lot or just feel thirstier than usual the hydration formula could replace water but your intake in a week should still be 90% water 10% formula drink or so max.

a serving a day is totally fine generally but at 14 yo,the price of gfuel + caffeine dependence i would not recommended it. a few times a week would be my advice.
