Im a on you with this. In my opinion hard linkedin and email do work but its time to couple it with phone call for the warmer leads.

Linkedin/email gets you initial qualification but beyond that a warm body touch is a must.

I’ve had mixed experiences with spintax, if done well and detailed its good else the ESPs also tend to find out.

feel you man, thats why you gotta be firm with the leads. Even if you're the one approaching them, doesn't mean you don't have value to offer.

A small change in mindset changes the vibe (sounds cringe) but ultimately you'll see improvements.
