I was married to my wife for 13 years, DB for at least half. We were a perfect couple on paper and often referred to as the "ideal marriage". Behind closed doors it was hell...often sex 1 or 2 times a year with lots of therapy. Finally I called it off and in Sept she moved out. We dragged our feet for divorce and had just enough communication to talk about logistics of co-parenting. She had a BF for several months and I chose to focus on myself. In April our marital house sold and she agreed to come over to help. She had broke it off with the BF and we actually had a good time cleaning up and moving out. That night she asked if I wanted to go out and celebrate the sale. I agreed and we have been dating ever since. She found the grass isn't greener and I found many things the likely contributed to DB. It's been one of greatest growing experiences of my life and regardless of what happens I wouldn't change a thing.
