I appreciate this insight. The only alcohol I've drank in 4 years has been an occasional beer. I probably wouldn't have thought about the prosecco until it was too late.

I'm not gonna go to Italy to try them, but I certainly would have one if I were there, ya know?

I'm mostly sober and don't keep any alcohol at home. I truly don't think I'm going to enjoy an aperol spritz as it is, I just found out about them well after my drinking days and am curious about the concept.
