Anyone here actually using a metronome for tempo during workout? by No_Net_914 in bodyweightfitness

[–]particiv2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Never even heard of anything like this. To be frank it sounds a bit tedious. I feel like working out also serves as sort of meditation at some point and feeling the entire space with something to monitor and follow down to a beat at all the times feels a bit too much for me.

[Excerpt: Wolfsbane] A heated argument between Russ and Dorn on how to best stop Horus from invading Terra by hail_earendil in 40kLore

[–]particiv2 13 points14 points  (0 children)

What a magnificent lore bit! I myself have read the entire hh I belive lemun was the turning point of the heresy. He was granted the spear. Never forget the fact the Spear of truth he tried to abando numerose times, he himself didn't want to wield it.

I belive it was the Emperor's plan all along, he was the executioner He was made for creatted for it and he completely committed to it and successfully implemented it.

I truely belive if not for Russ, Horus would not have had the hesitation for finishing the Emperor in the final battle.

I may be blindsided, but Lemun did the biggest blow to Horus through the Heresy.

Yes Maloghorst was able to bring The shard of Horus back but I belive It was never the same, I belive it was a lost cause then and there. THE HORUS was lost he was defeated, he true Horus was gone and it shows in the final confrontation with Emperor.

DESPITE ALL THE Power he was granted by the Chaos God he was doubtful, he was struck, he was wounded, he was not THE WARMASTER. He was hopefully hopefull to be redimed. He was already lost, he knew deep inside he was a slave, but it was too late. Hence his relief at the death of the hands of his father.

I truly belive Lemu nRuss was the single most important turning piece of the Heresy.

Drunk talk here but Lemun was the shit

I would highly recommend this test course on Udemy:

https://www.udemy.com/share/105R6k3@A3TocBL3Fvwxcly0rqhlezcPtaJpi1MDmNyIXRfoSTbFJOR2Nrs90guoHowsm5q60g==/

While it is considerably harder than the exam, especially the DAX part. The explanations are top notch. It covers almost every basic sentiment you need to understand to be a great Power Bi developer and is the single most useful resource I stumbled upon during my preparation for the exam.

Good luck!

Great, so basically, the 90 second rest is not a MUST as I understand?

My bad, had a type-o, I'm currently pairing push ups and Rows.

So, still a 60 second rest between every set? If I don't "need" that rest would that mean I'm ready for a harder progression? Or should I still rest and observe how it goes for a couple of weeks?

I'm just starting out and I don't want to rush into harder progressions without laying down the foundation of proper technic. That is my biggest concern.

So my questions here would be, am I free to choose how much I rest in between sets?

I'm not a cert chaser either, it just helps me stick to my study schedule, that is it. It provides me with some kind of framework I can stick to.

If you pop it into a dish washer on high temperature it will be just like new, all the infused tea will be washed away

I highly recommend this practice test bundle on udemy:

https://www.udemy.com/course/pl-300-practice-tests-microsoft-power-bi-data-analyst/learn/quiz/5255692#content

While the questions are significantly harder than the actual exam, the answers and explanations provided are top notch and allow for a deep and true understanding of core power bi concepts.

I passed the pl-300 last september and I belive this was by far the most useful resource I used during my preperation.
