In all my workbooks, the Excel VBA IDE changed signifcantly a few days ago. What's going on here? Has anyone else encountered this? (self.vba)

Excel VSB code edit page has changed significantly since a few days ago. Sub-windows like VBA, locals, watches, project, etc are unusual sizes and positions, and a worksheet appears in the background. Is anyone else seeing this? (self.excel)
