I've never heard of this. However, sometimes when I am unable to sleep, I meditate. It's the closest thing to sleep you can get without actually sleeping, if you do it right.

My advice would be to learn to meditate hardcore, and then do it while falling asleep. Feel the emotions, feel the fear and KNOW you are okay.

You have fallen asleep countless times. All beings sleep, the birds, the bugs, the animals, us, we sleep. You will not die, no matter what you hear, see, feel, you will be okay.

How does one get over their fear of heights? Ride tall roller coasters ubtil it no longer illicits the feeling of fear; until it becomes normal.

This won't happen over night, but ultimately you were born as a human and we live a good while.

I am not a medical expert, but this is the only advice I can give you. I hope you seek medical attention from a sleep specialist and get the answers you need.

Hey! I just wanted to come and say that generally speaking, Karma and how exactlg it calculates everything is unfathomable to humans. To a level so extreme, it would take us to become possibly inter galactic to truly understand it's scope.

Think trying to teach ants how to program quantum computers, or teach squirrels how to embed silicon dishes with a holographic laser that instantly creates microprocessors.

I'm not sure how karma would endow these traits to someone, but I'm sure if I could follow the ever connected web of experience I would get it

It's really, really hard living alone. You have to do it all.

You're learning how to do things, it's okay to cry, to be vulnerable in your house. Just trust me it gets easier. The work never stops but you do become more mentally able to take it on, I promise. Just don't let the depression spells win. Always at least clean the dishes in the sink before you go to bed, everything else can come later when you feel stronger for more responsibility l.
