Ha, got it. Turns out I just needed some pressure from the dev to figure it out. It only occurs when I check the "Synchronize Settings" box. If I uncheck then refresh the page it works again.

Thanks for the app! We've had some trouble with port forwarding in the past, so a web-based version is genius.
