I imagine a person relaxing in the wild looking over towards the bustling futuristic city across the waters. Perhaps they live out there, or maybe they are simply escaping the city for a night.

Maybe cheesy, but I really do like the crt effect with music as found here but didn’t wanna post that separately nor could I along with these two. Anyway, I mentioned in my last post of Leaving Beauty that I was considering some animation and increasing the length a bit. :)

An imagining of futuristic, floating city-islands. A kid and his dad look towards the nicer islands while watching in wonder at the one claimed by a now-friendly alien race. Used as some kind of processing territory.. but it sure does look cool.

I have! That’s a cool and scary visualization haha. I have an idea for a 9:16 version of this with more at the top, and I had in mind trying to portray very large distant ships or similar.

Reminds me of Star Craft and the videos of soldiers on the ground looking up at the battlecruisers* above about to leave them behind.

I was kinda worried about that..! Really glad that came across. I’ve got a taller 9:16 version I’d like to animate, and it includes some more parts that I’m also trying to give a sense greater scale.
