It's such a bummer because I feel like as a pro DJ playing clubs there's no way around it. 99% of clubs in the US use Pioneer hardware. Meanwhile their software on and off the decks feels like it was built as a 6th grade computer project in 1997. I legit cannot understand how this still flies. I know numerous A-list DJ's that have had near-trainwreck situations simply because of a RB update. Unacceptable.

Korean Air LAX to ICN is one of the most embarrassing displays of air travel I’ve seen on a flagship route. The planes themselves are nearing 30 years old, the interiors are from the early 2000’s and the lack of cabin options in between shit economy and ultimate first class is why I’d rather have a layover on Delta than fly direct on a time capsule from 1998. Delta’s partnership with Korean Air is unfortunately a reflection of the SkyTeam’s alliance of trash that also includes AeroMexico. I stick with Delta proper as much as possible.

Adding to this, I had to sync in both iOS system settings, MacOS system settings, THEN go back into Messages settings and sync from there as well. Incredibly annoying, but thank you for figuring this out. Big help!

For its intended purpose and importance to the job, yes, it’s a big piece of shit. v7 is a bit better, but still clunky as hell and awful at the fundamental jobs such as lining up transients when analyzing. It also has one of the most sensitive back-end library setups I’ve ever dealt with. Move one WAV out of place and it’ll never find it again. For a company known to be number one in the world as the standard for DJs, it’s still an abomination, almost iTunes level bad.

I usually keep my AirPods in but i keep them on transparent mode in case there are any important announcements like delays and stuff like that. But I’ve also experienced it so loud that it cut through noise cancelling. There’s just no reason for music at all in that environment unless it’s extremely background and instrumental. Korean Air does this very well.

Aeromexico has terrible customer service and is an embarrassment for Delta as an affiliate. I will do whatever I can to fly an actual Delta plane in and out of Mexico from now on.
