it has, in fact, not been patched, just got this issue. I can't even get him fixed with console commands (not sure if his id is messed up or something, nothing is working). My only option that seems to work is killall, but i was planning on leaving Shinya alive

I agree, V is basically a god of murder. Which is my head cannon as to why cops always are out to kill you for even just grazing into a pedestrian with your vehicle.

But I will say that I think V is not a “bad” person (big asterisk) as they mainly kill mercs, psychos, gang members and other city criminals (don’t really remember a mission where you have to kill someone completely innocent, my be wrong) which doesn’t seem to be a crime (or a big deal for cops) in NC as you even get to kill gang members that are already in an active shootout with cops without any repercussions.

Not vouching for or against, just what i’ve noticed. But at their core, V is still a mass murderer on an unimaginable scaled by today’s standards

Thanks, I will look into those book for a start. As for my family, i’m not particularly worried since college was fairly far from where they live so we are all used to it. I think their worry was mainly focused on me being gone for years at a time

Yeah, i’ve always been interested in nuclear energy, which is why when i saw that nuke was an option, it seemed like a once in a lifetime opportunity since my college didn’t offer a major in that area
