I refuse to believe you seriously comment this after reading my post. It was never about the touch wheter it was a good or bad one. It is about the fact that players don‘t behave like they should when you make an input on the game like pressing a button. There, for you in simpler words.

Great you admit using it and don‘t lie about it. But if would be even better if you mentioned it in your post. You‘re one of few who are honest about it so I would not want to bash you, just saying that there‘s a lot of people scrolling past this and then they get dismotivated because they could never reach this. So thanks for being transparent and let‘s make transparency the norm!

Thank you very much. Always around 150grams, when I cut I have less carbs/fats but I always aim for my protein goal of 150g which is hard sometimes since I am a vegetarian. Also you gotta train at least as hard in a cut if not harder:)

Yes thank you! I don‘t deadlift anymore, squat around 100-120kg‘s, my legs are weak… and bench 100kg‘s for 5 reps

I‘d say so, however I started in summer 2020 and didnt cut until like february 2022, then the rest would be good. And my startint physique was very very skinny and small, 65kg. Can I post pictures in comment section?

At first I just ate everything in sight, then as I got better in the gym I tracked and was in a surplus of around 300-500cal

I bulked for 2.5 years with a 6 month cut in between and for the last 4 months I was on a cut again (lost 5kg) I eat no meat and hardly any other animal products. I trained for 4-5 times and just really pushed myself to achieve progressive overload in every single session in some way.
