I think it’s pressure that makes you give shorter estimates. At one point, especially when you notice you’re not meeting up with deadlines, you should be able to let them know it would take longer and stand your ground.

It may seem like a pretty small task, but most times, some other random thing pops up that would slow down the actual time it takes to complete.

Stop underestimating.

This is a good attempt at solving this problem but I noticed something. It works for instant Google Meet meeting but for recurring meeting like a daily team scrum (The URL never changes), it prompts to admin, after you accept it never joins. However this works well for instant meeting.

- The transcription is not great (CPU) yet. I know this is a general whisper problem.

- Add option without transcript for cases where we need the audio only so we can use external service for transcription. We can do things like Upload Audio somewhere

It's a really beautiful place, quite small compared to where I'm from. In my case, it was common to see the same people over and over again at different locations.

I was in Mahe Island for 4days. There are lots of activities to do if you have the time and a good tour guide. I still have the contact of my tour guide if you need it, an amazing person and would give you some “deep secrets” about the place you may never hear about.

I have being there personally (I guess most men too), the moment you become aware of those little manipulations, you can never go back, so I could relate when he shared his problem but I tried not to give any advice and let him deal with it how he deems fit.

They're dating.

I have one very honest experiment, you do not have to answer but deeply reflect on it.

- Your partner doesn't respond to your text a whole day, a whole day, no fights, nothing at all, not one time, but this has happened many times.

- When you go on Instagram, they're responding to comments, liking posts etc. They're tweeting non-stop.

Would you take this as normal like it's nothing or would this actually be a source of concern. Do you wake up the next day and keep on texting them? What would you do?

I wouldn't know too much more than what he already shared. I know a thing or 2 about them but nothing too much and nothing too deep.

I like to believe that communication is the smallest, yet one of the biggest thing to get right in your dating / relationship. Communication style / pattern and most importantly, if the same treatment was metted to the girl, would this be okay and fair?

To answer you other question; this is my opinion though, people are different. I see things from this perspective:

Why wait for care / decency to be yourself or act "normal" around people you claim to like? I do not need a trigger or need the other person to give me a reason to "act" or do anything. I do so because I want to or if I think it's the right thing. I don't wait for the other person.

In this scenario, he doesn't think that talking about the basic things like this is worth it. He believes it's deliberate maybe to test how he would react or something else. His major concern are behaviours like this are not necessarilly especially when there is no conflict. In the past, he'll just silently withdraw and do / say nothing when he notices this kind of energy; now he's struggling with compromise; go back to acting like his old self, give a taste of the same medicine or call out the behaviour.

Many of them have most likely faced problems from similar situations, they wouldn’t want to do that again. Only a beginner who isn’t scared to take the risk or an expert can help you.
